Fabulous Frosting is required by law to charge and collect sales tax on all orders shipped in the state of California. All orders shipped out of the state of California are non-taxable.

Returns
Even though all of our flip flops are handmade custom for you we are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied. Please make sure you check the Havaianas size chart to be sure you are getting the correct size. They tend to run a size big. If you need to return or exchange please send back to us in original packaging with a copy of the original receipt to our address. We can only accept returns on unworn items within 3 days of receiving them.

Cancelled Orders
We have the right to refuse any order due to a typographical error for an item that is no longer available or out of stock. If your credit card has been charged and you do not want an alternate style, we will immediately credit your account.
